Gourmet plate

Eggs can explode.
Do not use the gourmet plate to
cook eggs or reheat cooked eggs.
Examples of use:
Pre-heat the gourmet plate directly on
the turntable for up to max. 5minutes
at 450W + Grill.
- Fish fingers (frozen), 150g + 2tbsp
oil, 3 – 4minutes each side
- Hamburgers, 2burgers + 2tbsp
oil, 3 – 4minutes each side
- Croquette potatoes (frozen), 10 –
12pieces + 2tbsp oil, 6 –
8minutes, turning halfway through
- Fillet steak, approx. 200g,
5minutes each side (according to
taste)
- Pizza (frozen), 300g,, 7–
9minutes
- Pizza (fresh), without pre-heating,
15minutes approx. (depending on
topping)
Recipes
The total time required includes the
time required for preparation and cook-
ing. Standing time or time for marinat-
ing food is quoted in addition to the
total time required.
Croque monsieur (serves 3)
Total time required: 10– 15minutes

Ingredients
6slices of white bread
30g soft butter
75g Emmental cheese, grated
3 slices of ham
Method
Butter the bread. Add the cheese to
three of the bread slices in equal
amounts and arrange a slice of ham on
top of each. Place the remaining three
slices of bread on top of the ham with
the buttered side face down. Pre-heat
the gourmet plate using 450W + Grill
for approx. 5minutes, then place the
bread on it. Place on the turntable and
cook using 450W + Grill for approx.
3minutes each side until golden.
Other fillings could include drained tuna
fish with finely sliced onion rings, or
pineapple, cheese and ham.
