Gourmet plate

Pork fillets (serves 2)
Total time required: 15– 20minutes

Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (approx. 400 g)
4rashers of streaky bacon
Salt and pepper
10gbutter
200g sliced button mushrooms
200ml double cream
2tbsp brandy
Method
Cut the pork tenderloin into four pieces.
Season each piece with salt and pep-
per, and wrap in a rasher of streaky ba-
con. Secure with a cocktail stick if ne-
cessary. Place the gourmet plate on the
turntable and pre-heat it using 450W +
Grill for approx. 5minutes. Add the but-
ter to the plate, and place the meat on
top. Place on the turntable and cook
using 450W + Grill for approx.
3minutes each side. Transfer the meat
to a serving dish, cover and keep warm.
Add the mushrooms, cream and brandy
to the meat juices and heat on max-
imum power for approx. 4minutes.
Serve with the meat.
Pork fillet in a Roquefort sauce
Total time required: 10– 12minutes

Method
Cut 1 pork tenderloin into four pieces.
Place on the pre-heated gourmet plate
and cook using 450W + Grill for ap-
prox. 4minutes. Add 50ml white wine,
125ml double cream, 2tbsp roux
(made from 1tbsp each of flour and
melted butter) and 150g Roquefort
cheese. Stir the sauce until smooth,
and cook for a further 3minutes.
