Gourmet plate

Curried chicken (serves 3)
Total time required: 25– 35minutes

Ingredients
600g chicken or turkey breast fillets
2 tbsp oil
2tbsp white wine
2 tbsp apple juice
1tbsp lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1tsp curry powder
1 pinch rosemary, ground
1 pinch ginger, ground
1 pinch cayenne pepper

20g butter
Method
Dice the meat into 2x2cm pieces.
Combine the rest of the ingredients
apart from the butter, and pour over the
meat. Mix well, and leave to stand for
approx. 30minutes. Place the gourmet
plate on the turntable, Pre-heat it using
450Watt + Grill for approx. 5minutes.
Add the butter to the pre-heated plate,
then add the slightly drained meat.
Place the gourmet plate on the
turntable and cook using 450W + Grill
for approx. 4minutes, turn and cook for
a further 4minutes on the same setting.
Drain surplus liquid from the meat if ne-
cessary so that it browns well.
Fisherman's salmon (serves 2)
Total time required: 5– 10minutes

Ingredients
2salmon fillets (approx. 150g each)
1tbsp lemon juice
Salt, white pepper
Method
Drizzle the salmon with the lemon juice,
and leave to stand for approx.
10minutes. Place the gourmet plate on
the turntable and pre-heat using 450W
+ Grill for approx. 5minutes. Pat the
fish dry with kitchen paper, and place
on the gourmet plate, pressing it down
slightly. Place on the turntable and cook
using 450W + Grill for approx. 1

2minutes each side.
Serve with rice, hollandaise sauce or
melted butter and a fresh green salad.
