Ac 5 À Potatoes
This program can be used to cook
peeled, new and bouillon potatoes.
Enter the weight for the potatoes and
the cooking liquid.
For peeled potatoes, peel, wash and
drain the potatoes and place them in a
cooking container. Season with a little
salt, cover and cook.
When cooking new potatoes, add
approx. 1 tbsp water per potato. If
cooking the potatoes in their skins,
pierce the skins several times with a
fork or skewer before cooking, then
cover the container and cook.
Golden curried potatoes
(serves 3)
Preparation time: 25 - 35 minutes
1 lb 2 oz (500 g) peeled potatoes
1 onion, finely diced
3/4 tbsp (10 g) butter
1 – 2 tbsp curry powder
1 cup (250 ml) vegetable stock (instant)
1/4 cup (50 ml) cream
1/4 lb (125 g) peas (frozen)
Salt and pepper
Cut the potatoes into large cubes
(approx. 1 1/8 x 1 1/8 in (3 x 3 cm)), or
use small potatoes.
Place all of the ingredients into a
suitable container and mix well.
Cover and cook. Stir when the signal
sounds halfway through the cooking
time.

Place cooking container on the
turntable
Ac 6 Ã Rice
Use this program to cook rice in the
microwave. Enter the weight of the dry
rice.
Add boiling water to the rice using a
ratio of 1 part rice to 2 parts water.
Cook uncovered.
