Here you will find a few suggested
recipes for the automatic "Cooking
fresh food 2" programs, which you can
add to or modify as desired.
It is important to follow the weight
guidelines for each program. If
these weights are exceeded, the
food will not be sufficiently cooked.
AC 4 # Vegetables
Place the prepared vegetables in a
container. Depending on the freshness
and moisture content of the vegetables,
add 3-4 tbsps. water and a little salt or
other seasoning. Enter the weight
including the water, place the covered
cooking container on the turntable and
cook. Halfway through the cooking
time, a signal will sound, prompting you
to turn or stir the food.
When cooking vegetables in a sauce,
the weight entered must include the
sauce. Do not exceed the maximum
weight guidelines.
Carrots in a chervil cream sauce
(serves 2)
Preparation time: 25 - 35 minutes
3/4 lb (350 g) carrots, washed and
peeled
1/3 tbsp (5 g) butter
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable stock
(instant)
1/3 cup (75 g) crème fraîche
1 tbsp. white wine
Salt and pepper
A pinch of sugar

tsp mustard
1-2 tbsp fresh chervil, chopped, or 1
tbsp dried chervil, chopped
Approx. 1 tbsp thickener
Cut the carrots into sticks or slices
(approx. 1/8 in (3-4 mm) thick) and
place in a cooking container.
Combine the rest of the ingredients to
make a smooth sauce, and pour over
the carrots.
Cover and cook. Stir when the signal
sounds halfway through the cooking
time.
