Salmon in white wine sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients
1.5lb (700g) salmon fillet | cut into four
fillets and ready to cook
1lemon | juiced and sliced
3garlic cloves | minced
2oz (50g) butter | cubed
1cup (200ml) white wine
1bunch dill | chopped coarsely
1bunch parsley | chopped coarsely

Casserole dish, microwave-safe
Total time required: 25minutes
Method
Place all ingredients in the casserole
dish.
Place the food on the turntable,
ensuring it is covered, and cook.

Minestrone
Serves 4
For the minestrone
1/8lb (50g) bacon
1onion
1/3 lb (150g) celery
2tomatoes
1/3 lb (150g) carrots
1/4 lb (100g) beans, green, frozen
1/4 lb (100g) peas, frozen
1/8 lb (50g) pasta (small shells)
1tbsp mixed Italian herbs, frozen
1/2 cup (100ml) vegetable stock
For the garnish
1/4 lb (100g) hard cheese (Parmesan),
whole piece

Glass dish with lid, microwave-safe
Grater, fine
Total time required: 40minutes
Method
Dice the bacon and onion. Dice the
celery and tomatoes, slice the carrots.
Put all of these into the glass dish.
Add the beans, peas, pasta, and herbs
along with the stock, and stir.
Place the food on the turntable,
ensuring it is covered, and cook.
When a signal sounds, stir the soup
immediately. Then, recover and
continue cooking.
Grate the Parmesan and sprinkle it over
the top just before serving.
