Salmon in white wine sauce

Ingredients
1.5lb (700g) salmon fillet | cut into four
fillets and ready to cook
1lemon | juiced and sliced
3garlic cloves | minced
2oz (50g) butter | cubed
1cup (200ml) white wine
1bunch dill | chopped coarsely
1bunch parsley | chopped coarsely

Method
Place all ingredients in the casserole
dish.
Place the food on the turntable,
ensuring it is covered, and cook.

Carrots in a chervil cream
sauce

Ingredients
3/4 lb (350g) carrots | sliced
1tsp butter
1/4 cup (50ml) vegetable stock
1/4 lb (75g) crème fraîche
1tbsp white wine
½tsp sugar
½tsp salt
1tbsp cornstarch
½tsp mustard
1–2tbsp chervil, fresh, chopped

Method
Place the carrots in a bowl along with
the butter and vegetable stock.
Mix together the crème fraîche, white
wine, sugar, salt, cornstarch, mustard,
and chervil. Season with pepper to
taste. Add the sauce to the vegetables
and stir.
Place the food on the turntable,
ensuring it is covered, and cook.
When a signal sounds, stir the
vegetables immediately.
