Check whether the oven floor underneath the turntable is clean.

Check whether the contact areas between the turntable and the support are
clean.
Remove any food or grime.
. . . food is not adequately defrosted, heated or cooked at the end of the
selected cooking time.

Check whether an appropriate power level was selected for the time entered.
The lower the power level, the more time necessary.

Check whether the program was interrupted and not resumed.
