Water connection
74
The water pressure (flow pressure at
the connection point) must be
between 50 and 1000kPa (0.5 and
10bar).
If the water pressure is lower than
this, the fault message Water intake
will appear in the display (see
“Problem solving guide”).
If the water pressure is too high, a
pressure reducing valve must be
fitted.
A tap with a

/
4
inch male thread must
be provided on site. It should be
easily accessible so that the water
supply can be turned off when the
dishwasher is not in use.
The DN 10 inlet hose is approx. 1.5m
long terminating in a

inch female
thread. A 1.5m long flexible metal
extension hose tested to 14,000kPa
(140bar) is available as an optional
accessory if required. Under no
circumstances must the inlet filter or
the flow regulator in the connection
be removed.
To avoid any damage to the
machine, the dishwasher must only
be connected to a fully vented
plumbing system.
The inlet hose must not be
shortened or damaged in any way as
it contains electrical components
(see illustration).
