A program cannot be canceled or
changed when operating a payment
system.
Changing a program
After a program has started, it is no longer
possible to select a different program.
You will need to cancel the current pro-
gram before you can select a new one.
Canceling a program
You can cancel a wash program at any
time after it has started.
Touch the Start/Stopsensor control.
The following will appear in the display:
Cancel the program?
Selectyes.
The following will appear in the display:
Program cancelled.
The suds are pumped away.
Wait until the door unlocks.
Pull open the door.
Remove the laundry.
Adding or removing laundry
You can add or remove items during the
first few minutes after the program has
started.

Touch the Add laundrysensor control.
If the messageAdd laundry is not visi-
ble in the display then it is no longer
possible to add items of laundry.
The program will stop and the door will
unlock.
Risk of chemical burns from de-
tergent.
When adding or removing laundry,
your skin may come into contact
with detergent, particularly if the de-
tergent is dispensed externally.
Take care when placing your hands
inside the drum.
If suds have come into contact with
the skin, rinse off immediately with
plenty of lukewarm water.
Pull open the door.
Add laundry or remove individual
items.
Close the door.
Touch the Start/Stopsensor control.
The wash program will continue.
The safety lock will remain activated if
the temperature in the drum is above
131°F (55°C). The lock will not deacti-
vate until the temperature has
dropped to below 131°F (55°C).
