Problem Possible cause and solution
There is water next to
the cap in the fabric
softener compartment.
The CapDosingsensor control was not activated or an
empty cap was not removed at the end of the last
wash program.
Activate the CapDosingsensor control when a cap
is next used.
Remove and then dispose of the empty cap at the
end of each wash cycle.
The small pipe in the detergent dispenser drawer
onto which the cap is placed is blocked.
Clean the small pipe.
The drum remains sta-
tionary but the program
keeps running.
Switch the washing machine off and then back on
with the button.
Note the message in the display.
Touch the Start/Stopsensor control.
The drum continues to spin and the program contin-
ues.
