Anti-ooding guarantee terms

Notwithstanding any legal or contractual obligations on the part of the seller or Miele, Miele herewith
grants free-of-charge additional coverage under the terms of its anti-ooding guarantee terms covering
new domestic appliances equipped with a water protection system (hereinafter referred to as 'appliances'):
除销售方或美诺的法律或合同义务之外，根据本防漏水保障条款，美诺将进一步为配备防漏水保护系统的
新家用电器（以下简称“电器”）的顾客免费提供以下额外保障。
I. Duration and commencement of anti-ooding guarantee
防漏水保障期限及起始日期
1. The anti-flooding guarantee is valid for a period of 20 years on condition of the proper use of
appliances.
在合理使用电器的情况下，防漏水保障有效期为
20
年。
2. The guarantee period commences with the date of purchase.
保障期限自购买之日起算。
Work under warranty and spares replaced under warranty do not prolong the original warranty
period.
保障期限不因保障期内修理及零件更换而延长。
II. Conditions relating to anti-ooding guarantee
防漏水保障条件
1. The machine must have been purchased from an authorised specialist retailer or directly from Miele
and be installed in a private home.
美诺给予在由美诺直接销售或由美诺授权经销商销售的安装在私人住宅的电器提供保障。
2. Claims against this guarantee can only be made by producing valid proof of purchase.
顾客经出示有效的购买凭证后方可享受本保障服务。
3. The condition is that installation has been carried out correctly by a qualied tter.
受保障之电器必须经由有资质的安装工人正确安装。
III. Contents and scope of anti-ooding guarantee
防漏水保障内容和范围
1. Miele promises to indemnify the owner by reimbursing any costs incurred as a result of a defective
appliance anti-ooding system. The extent of reimbursement is determined by the current market
value of damaged objects at the time of occurrence.
美诺承诺赔偿顾客因防漏水保护系统有缺陷而导致的损失，具体赔偿金额根据受损物件届时的市场价
值确定。
2. Total reimbursements per incident are limited to € 15,000.
每单事故的最高赔偿金额不超过
15000
欧元。
3. No further damage claims can be brought against Miele under the terms of this anti-flooding
guarantee.
本防漏水保障书不适用于顾客向美诺提出进一步的赔偿请求。
