Miele@home
Your washer-dryer is equipped with an
integrated Wi-Fi module.
To use this feature, you will need:
- a Wi-Fi network
- the Miele App
- a Miele user account. The user
account can be created via the Miele
App.
The Miele App will guide you as you
connect your washer-dryer to your
home Wi-Fi network.
Once your washer-dryer is connected
to your Wi-Fi network, you can use the
App to carry out the following activities,
for example:
- Controlling your washer-dryer
remotely
- Calling up information on the
operating status of your washer-dryer
- Calling up information on the
programme sequence of your
washer-dryer
Connecting your washer-dryer to your
Wi-Fi network will increase energy
consumption, even when the washer-
dryer is switched off.
Make sure there is sufficient signal
strength for your Wi-Fi network at
the washer-dryer installation site.
Availability of the Wi-Fi connection
The Wi-Fi connection shares a
frequency range with other appliances
(including microwave ovens and remote
control toys). This may result in
sporadic or even complete connection
failures. Therefore, a constant
availability of featured functions cannot
be guaranteed.
Miele@home availability
The ability to use the Miele App
depends on the availability of the
Miele@home service in your country.
The Miele@home service is not
available in every country.
