Limited Warranty is res pected from the date of purchas e for all Mighty Max Ba ttery products . Warranty replacement

will only be is s ued to and through the original purchas er. Replacement is not transferable. Warranty applies to products

that are affected by faulty workmans hip or materials . For all products eligible for the warranty replacement a print out

test result is required to th

e Mighty Max Ba ttery Customer Service Department to proces s and respect the warranty.

The tes t mus t be done by a third party. Bus ines s es that have performed the required tes ting on our batteries at no cos t

are: AutoZone O’Reilly Auto Parts Ba tteries Plus Walmart Advanced Auto Parts And any reputable battery retailer

Outside business es are not obligated to perform thes e tes ts on products that are not sold by them

. Pleas e continue your

search until a busines s is obtained and will run the required tes t. Mighty Max will not reimburse any cos ts to have

testing completed .

Acceptable Tes t R es ult Not Acceptable Test Res ult

The following terms are only applicable to Sealed Lead Acid and GEL battery products . Other items (including but not

limited to Lithium Ba tteries , Solar Panels, etc) is not applicable. Other rules apply. Contact us for more detail.

Tes t results mus t clearly s tate that the battery is faulty. Res ults s uch as charge required and at home tes ts are not

acceptable. Each battery mus t have its own test res ult

s /ticket # . You may be required to return the product at Mighty

Max Ba ttery’s dis cretion regardles s of test res ults .

Mighty Max Ba ttery has the right to test and charge the product before agreeing to the claim. In this event the

Any defects caus ed by natural forces , mis us e, abus e, phys ical damage, improper charging, s ulfation, improper application made by the cus tomer will res ult in dis quali cation of warranty ful llment.

All returns mus t include original factory box, original factory packaging (f oam, plas tic, wrappings , etc.) blank, un lled warranty cards , all ins truction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. UPC codes cannot be removed the box. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition. All returned merchandis e mus t be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or s cratched merchandis e will not be accepted.
