Step 5
Align template on form as shown in illustration
above. Position and secure wiring conduit.
Remove template and pour concrete and let set
.
Step 6
After concrete has hardened, align template
on concrete pad as shown above. Drill holes in
concrete and install anchor bolts. Remove Template.
Step 7
Align operator on anchor bolts. Check level.
Place the 3 mounting brackets for cover on anchor bolts, then assemble the washers and nuts.
Tighten with wrench.
