18" 3-Drawer Base Cabinet - LBD18 Step 1 Run a bead of white wood glue in the vertical grooves in the Face Frame (A). Insert End Panels (C and D), so that L-Brackets (K) and Connector Plates (L) snap together. Now tighten the Connector Plate screws and secure them and the LBrackets with (8) #6 x 1/2" Pan Head locking screws. Step 2 Run a bead of wood glue in the lower horizontal grooves in the Frame (A) and End Panels (C and D) and slide the Fixed Shelf (F) completely into the grooves. F www.
18" 3-Drawer Base Cabinet - LBD18 Step 3 Run a bead of wood glue in the horizontal grooves in the End Panels (C and D) and insert I-beams (I). I F I F Step 4 Apply a bead of wood glue to the recesses along the back edges of the End Panels (C and D) and in the lower horizontal groove in Back Panel (B). Carefully install Back Panel (B) so that the panels align and the L-Brackets & Connector Plates snap together.
18" 3-Drawer Base Cabinet - LBD18 Step 5 Carefully turn the cabinet over, make sure it is square, tighten all the Connector Plate screws and then secure the Connector Plates and L-brackets with(8) #6 x 1/2" Pan Head locking screws. Step 6 Make sure Back Panel (B) is correctly installed and insert (4) #6 x 1" Countersink Flat Head screws through the predrilled holes. Tighten the screws securely into the Fixed Shelf (F) and I-beams (I). www.millspride.
18" 3-Drawer Base Cabinet - LBD18 Step 7 At the Toe Kick cutout, attach (2) silver L-brackets (G) to the End Panels (C and D) with (4) #8 x 1/2" Pan Head screws. G G Step 8 Mount the integral Toe Kick (E) to the silver L-brackets (G) using (4) #8 x ½” Pan Head screws. E www.millspride.
18" 3-Drawer Base Cabinet - LBD18 Step 9 Stand cabinet upright and insert (6) Runner Rear Brackets (J) into Back Panel (B) and secure with (12) #6 x 5/8" Countersink Flat Head screws. J J J J Step 10 Slide the Drawer Runners (M) into the Runner Brackets (J), rest the front on the Frame (A). M M Secure each runner to the side frame with (1) #6 x 5/8” Flat Head screw. Runner is set back slightly, so screw is located in the center of the frame. www.millspride.

For Upper (Shallow) Drawer : T H Front (Q), Back (T) R For Lower (Deep) Drawers Front (O), Back (H) N U R N Q Step 12 DRAWER BOX ASSEMBLY Lay Drawer Side on a smooth flat surface and insert the Front and Back panels, ensuring that bottom grooves line up.
18" 3-Drawer Base Cabinet - LBD18 Step 13 DRAWER BOX ASSEMBLY Slide the Drawer Bottom (U) into the grooves and install the other Drawer Side. If necessary, use a rubber mallet to gently tap the joints into place. R N U Step 14 DRAWER BOX ASSEMBLY To secure the drawer boxes, while the glue sets up, add (12) #6 x 1" Countersink Flat Head screws in predrilled holes in Side and Back of the drawers. www.millspride.
18" 3-Drawer Base Cabinet - LBD18 Step 15 Turn the drawers over and install a pair of Locking Devices (V and W) at the front of each drawer, using (12) #6 x 5/8” Pan Head screws. Do not overtighten the screws. V V W W Step 16 Fully extend the Drawer Runners (M). Sit the drawer on the runners. M Under the drawer, slide the runners forward until they lock into the Locking Devices. Then close drawer to fully engage.
