Millennium
Lighting,
lnc. warrants
that our
products
are
free
of defects in
workmanship
and materials.
Such
warranty
is in lieu
of all other warranties
including,
without limitation,
any implied warranties
of
merchantability
or
fitness
for
a
particular
purpose.
Millennium
Lighting, lnc. will,
at its sole
discretion,
replace
or repair
any of its fixtures
that are defective in
workmanship
or
materials.
Such replacement,
repair or credit is the
sole
remedy
against Millennium
Lighting,
lnc. and is
limited to one
year
from
the
invoice
date. This warranty
does not apply
to
products
that have been
modified
or improperly
installed.
This warranty
does
not
apply to
products
installed
in harsh
environments.
Millennium
Lighting, lnc. will
not be
responsible
for
any costs
incurred
in the removal
or
reinstallation
of any
product
nor
any consequential
damages
arising out
of
or in
connection with
product
use or
performance
or
for any breach
of aforementioned
warranties.
