Millennium Lighting
One-Year Limited Product Warranty
When properly installed and under normal conditions of use, all Millennium Lighting products are
warranted against defects in material or workmanship, for one year from the date of purchase from a
Millennium Lighting distributor. If your product fails, please return it and a copy of the dated sales receipt
(proof of purchase) to the Millennium Distributor where you purchased the product. Proof of purchase,
dated store receipt or invoice evidencing date of product sale to end user must be provided. This warranty
is limited to the correction of any such defect, or the replacement of any such defective item, at the sole
discretion of Millennium Lighting, provided that (a) Millennium Lighting is notified in writing and provides
consent to return the product(s) in question, (b) the product(s) is/are returned with proof or purchase
date, and (c) upon return and inspection, the product(s) is/are found to be defective as noted above. If
your product fails, the Millennium Lighting distributor will contact Millennium Lighting to obtain a Return
Authorization for your product(s), at which time the product will be returned together with and a copy of
the dated sales receipt (proof of purchase) to Millennium Lighting.
This warranty does not cover any damage to the products due to external causes including without
limitation: improper installation or operation (including electrical overload of product), product abuse or
misuse, or use of adverse or hazardous chemicals or cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other
solvents, acts of nature, physical damage, environmental conditions, or any other occurrences beyond the
reasonable control of Millennium Lighting.
Following installation, glass is excluded from the terms of this warranty. Steel fixtures are not
recommended for coastal areas and will rust and/or fade in a coastal environment. Finishes on Outdoor
Fixtures must be properly maintained and treated.
Except as set forth herein, Millennium Lighting provides no other warranties, express or implied, including
but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, noninfringement or fitness for a particular purpose.
MILLENNIUM LIGHTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
