B. Changing Liner
CAUTION
FLYING METAL CHIPS AND DIRT can cause injury and damage equipment.
• Point gun away from people and in a safe direction when blowing out with compressed air.

To Reassemble Gun:
Lay gun cable out straight, and in-
sert new liner.
Install and tighten wire outlet guide.
Cut liner off 3/4 in (20 mm) from
head tube.
Install adapter, contact tip, and
nozzle.

Remove nozzle, contact
tip, and adapter.
Remove wire outlet guide.
Blow out
Tools Needed:
7/16 in
Tube
gun casing.
Turn off welding power source/wire feeder.
Lay gun cable out straight,
and remove liner.
