Turn off welding power source/wire feeder. Loosen setscrew. 5/64 in Head Tube 3/8 in Remove nozzle, contact tip, adapter, and wire outlet guide. 3/8 in Remove liner. To Reassemble Gun: Blow out gun casing. Insert new liner. Hand tighten guide onto liner. Tighten 2 full turns more using wrench. Cut liner off 3/8 in (9.
