Milliken and Company warrants that it will replace this area rug free of charge if the surface pile is worn
more than 10% by abrasion within 5 years of purchase. Abrasive wear is wear resulting in a loss of fiber
height from the pile surface of the area rug. This warranty applies to area rugs used indoors for residential
purposes excluding stairs.
Damage caused by pets, tears, cuts, matting, crushing, burns, and improper maintenance or cleaning
methods are defects caused by the purchaser and are not included in this warranty.
