Place cord protector in
pocket of motor housing.
With cord protector in
place, extend cord jacket so
it is flush to slightly beyond
flush to the lower rib. Press cord
wires in trap of upper rib and place
excess cord wires in the cavity
between the upper rib and switch.

Brush Groove
Brush shunt terminals are to be oriented barrel side 'out' as
shown. Terminals of wires #6 and #8 are to be barrel side 'in'
and placed on the outer most connection on the carbon brush
assemblies.
Wire connections to the switch are to have terminal barrels
facing 'in' towards the switch on wires #5, #6, #7 and #8.
