IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS. When using
electric appliances, basic precautions should always be fol-
lowed, including the following:
Before using the light, read this operator's manual and all labels on the light.
Read and understand all the instructions before using the appliance.
To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when an appliance is
used near children.
Store idle light out of reach of children. Warm lights can become hazardous in the
hands of children.
Know your light. Read this manual carefully to learn your light's applications and limita-
tions as well as potential hazards associated with this type of light.
This tool is designed to be powered by 3-AAA Energizer E92 or Duracell MN2400
batteries properly inserted into the tool. Do not attempt to use with any other voltage
or power supply.
Do not leave batteries within the reach of children.
Do not mix new and used batteries.
Do not mix brands (or types within brands) of batteries.
Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Install batteries according to polarity (+ / -) diagrams.
Properly dispose of used batteries immediately.
Do not incinerate or dismantle batteries.
Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery, avoid contact. If
contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally
seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
Do not dispose of tool or batteries together with household waste material! Appli-
ance and batteries that have reached the end of their life must be collected separately
and returned to an environmentally compatible recycling facility.

Use only identical replacement parts. Other parts or substitutions may impair this
products intrinsic safety.
Always confirm the ratings of this product with the known or potentially hazardous
environment in which it will be used.
Maintain labels and nameplates. These carry important information. If unreadable or
missing, contact a MILWAUKEE service facility for a free replacement.

ASSEMBLY
Changing Batteries
WARNING
Topreventtheriskofreorexplosion,do not open battery
compartment in a hazardous atmosphere. Only change bat-
teries in known non-hazardous areas.
Only use Energizer E92 or Duracell MN2400 batteries. If the light will not be used
for a long time, remove the batteries as a protection against corrosion. To change
the batteries:
1. Use the 3 mm hex wrench to loosen the locking screw on the back of the light.
Open the battery compartment.
2. Insert the three AAA batteries according to the polarity marked in the compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment. Use the 3 mm hex wrench to tighten the locking
screw. Hand tighten securely; do not over tighten.
OPERATION
CAUTION
To reduce the risk of injury, do not stare at the operating light
source.
Straps
Select the desired strap (rubber or elastic). Clip the light onto the strap and use
the buckle to adjust the strap to the required size. Use the included clips to attach
the strap to a hard hat.
Clip
To attach the headlamp directly to the hard hat clip with adhesive-backed fas-
tener strips, rst wipe headlamp and clip with soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
WARNING! Never immerse tool in liquid. Remove the adhesive backing and press
fastener strips rmly onto clip and headlamp.
Using the Headlamp
Press the power button to turn the light on and o󰀨. Press the MODE button to
cycle through Spot/Flood, Flood High, Flood Medium, Flood Low, and Spot.
Rotate the light up or down as needed.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury, always remove the battery before
performing any maintenance. Never disassemble the tool.
Contact a MILWAUKEE service facility for ALL issues.
Maintain light
Keep your light in good condition by adopting a regular maintenance program. If
the light does not work properly, return the light to a MILWAUKEE service facility.

Cleaning
Keep tool handles clean, dry and free of oil or grease. Use only mild soap and a damp
cloth to clean the tool since certain cleaning agents and solvents are harmful to plas-
tics and other insulated parts. Some of these include gasoline, turpentine, lacquer thin-
ner, paint thinner, chlorinated cleaning solvents, ammonia and household detergents
containing ammonia. Never use ammable or combustible solvents around tools.

Every MILWAUKEE Personal Lighting Product* (see exceptions below) is warranted to the original purchaser
only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair
or replace any part on a personal lighting product which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to
be defective in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the personal lighting product. Return of the personal
lighting product to a MILWAUKEE factory Service Center location or MILWAUKEE Authorized Service Station,
freight prepaid and insured, is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the return
product. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or
attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear
and tear, lack of maintenance, accidents, or caused by alkaline batteries.
Normal Wear: This warranty does not cover repair or replacement when normal use has exhausted the life of
a part including, but not limited to clips, straps, charging cables, wall plugs, and rubber gaskets. This warranty
does cover the LED in the personal lighting products, subject to the limitations herein.
*This warranty does not cover Cordless Battery Packs or Chargers. There are separate and distinct warran-
ties available for these products.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS
A CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVERY MILWAUKEE PRODUCT. IF YOU
DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT
SHALL MILWAUKEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE

Lorsqu’elle n'est pas utilisée, garder la lampe hors de la portée des enfants. Les
lampes chaudes pourront poser un danger dans les mains des enfants.
Prendre connaissance de votre lampe. Lire ce manuel attentivement pour apprendre les
applications et les contraintes de la lampe ainsi que les possibles dangers liés à ce type d’outil.
Cet outil a été conçu pour prendre 3 piles AAA Energizer E92 ou Duracell MN2400
qui devront être bien mises dans l’outil. Ne pas tenter d’utiliser le produit à une autre
tension ou avec un autre type d’alimentation.
Ne pas laisser les piles à la portée des enfants.
Ne pas combiner des piles neuves et usagées.
Ne pas utiliser des piles dont la marque et le type ne soient pas les mêmes.
Ne pas utiliser de piles rechargeables.
Mettre les piles en respectant la polarité (+ / -) indiquée.
Se débarrasser adéquatement des piles usagées tout de suite.
Ne pas incinérer ni démonter les piles.
En cas d'usage abusif, du liquide peut s'échapper des piles. Éviter tout contact avec
ce liquide. En cas de contact accidentel, rincer immédiatement les parties atteintes
avec de l’eau. Si le liquide entre en contact avec les yeux, consulter un médecin.
Le liquide s'échappant des piles peut causer des irritations ou des brûlures.
Ne pas se débarrasser de l’outil conjointement avec les piles en les mettant avec les
déchets ménagers ! L’outil et les piles qui ont atteint leur durée de vie utile devront être
ramassés indépendamment pour les retourner à une installation de recyclage respectueuse
de l’environnement.
