7/16" SHANK QUICK-CHANGE HOLE SAW ARBOR (49-56-9100)
ATTACHING HOLE SAW:
1. Insert the pilot bit through the back of the Hole Saw.
2. Screw the Hole Saw onto the arbor’s thread; ensure
hole saw is not bottomed out on threads.
3. Align the pins with holes on the back of the hole saw and
push the collar upward to secure the hole saw in place. This
prevents the Hole Saw from unscrewing/locking during use.
4. Tighten the nut securely to the back of the collar.
5. Insert shank into the drill’s chuck.
REMOVING HOLE SAW:
1. Unscrew the nut.
2. Pull the collar down.
3. Unscrew the Hole Saw from the arbor’s threads.
CAUTION: HOLE SAW MAY BE HOT
REPLACE PILOT BIT:
1. Completely back the nut off the collar.
2. Push collar up, revealing set screw.
3. With a hex key, insert into set screw and turn
counterclockwise to remove the set screw.
4. Replace with new pilot bit and using the hex
key, tighten the set screw back into place.
Always pre-drill pilot hole before making a cut.
