Check first when a trouble occurred
When a trouble occurred, check the followings. If the trouble is not solved after checking, contact a distribu-
tor in your district or our office.
The power is not turned on
It causes for improper connection of the power cable or the computer cable. Check that the cables are
properly connected.
Data is not drawn
It occurs when the data is not sent to this machine properly.
Message appears
When [WATER NOT READY] appears on the display, the water temperature in the water heater has
notreached the predetermined value. If [UV NOT READY] is displayed, as the UV lamp has not been ready,
theUV lamp can not be used, therefore drawing can not be started.
Is the power cable connected to this
machine and to the outlet?
Securely connect the power cable to them.

Is the emergency stop switch pressed? Release the emergency stop switch.
Is the correct interface cable used? Use the cable exclusive for this machine.
Is the interface cable securely connected
in position?
Securely connect the interface cable in
position.
Yes
Is the message of the ink run-out shown
on the display?
Replace the ink cartridge with a new one.

Printing is disabled before the tempera-
ture reaches the predetermined value.
Wait until the temperature reaches the
predetermined value. When it has
reached, the message disappears and
drawing becomes available.
