Basic Operations
About covers
If you open the right and the left covers during drawing, the carriage stops for your safety and the drawing
operation of this machine stops. In this case, restart this unit and computer in the procedures described
below.

If you open the right and the left covers
during drawing, the message is
displayed.
• Stop the drawing.

Stop the data transmission from the computer.

Close the cover.

Press the key.

The carriage will start to move.
• The same initial operation as that when the power supply is turned on is performed.
• Do not open the right and the left covers during drawing. If you open the cover during drawing,
drawing will be stopped and you cannot continue it.
• Make sure to open and close the cover with holding the handles.
