User Mode
Creating a User Mode
1. Click on the in the Collection Controls.
The User Mode editor will be displayed.
2. Type a name for your mode into the Name  eld and click SAVE.
NOTE: The User Mode MUST be given a name before it can be saved.
Editing a User Mode
Each User Mode has two Discrimination Patterns and a Tone ID Map. Each of these
can be edited by selecting the relevant tab in the User Mode editor.
Editing the Discrimination Patterns
1. Select the Discrimination Pattern tab to view the current pattern.
2. Click option 1 or 2 next to Active Discrimination Pattern to select the pattern you
wish to edit.
3. Use the controls on the left to select mask
or active
and area  ll, or a
brush size.
4. Drag the mouse over the pattern area to draw the required pattern.
