Release spring clamps (2) and detach coolant hoses (1).

Installation:

Vent cooling system and check for leaks. Refer to 17 00 009 CHECKING COOLING SYSTEM FOR

LEAKS (W10) and/or 17 00 039 BLEEDING COOLING SYSTEM AND CHECKING FOR WATER

LEAKS

IMPORTANT: Carefully blow through aluminum twin pipe to remove remaining coolant from

heat exchanger for heating system.
