gEnCY sTOW PROCEdURE

In the event of a power loss the following procedure shall be used to stow the motor for transport to a service center.

1. Remove right hand sideplate using a Phillips screwdriver. (Figure 13)

2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the screw on the manual tilt knob and then pry up with a ﬂ at blade screwdriver until it releases from

the metal plates. (Figure 14 and Figure 15)

3. Pull manual trim handle out while lifting up on the trim housing until shaft and trim module can be pulled up by hand. (Figure 16)
