The Fusing Drive Motor Lock signal remains HIGH for a predeter-
mined continuous period of time while the Fusing Drive Motor is
turning.

The Fusing Drive Motor Lock signal remains LOW for a predeter-
mined continuous period of time while the Fusing Drive Motor
remains stationary.
