[Service Mode " Test]

Test No. Description

F6 <Edge Erase Lamp Check>

This test checks whether the Edge Erase Lamp turns ON and OFF properly.

(It runs for one complete copy cycle.)

D Press the Start key after the copier has completed warming up. This causes

the lamp to make a checkered pattern.

F8 <ATDC Sensor Automatic Adjustment>

This test automatically adjusts the ATDC Sensor. (It runs for about 5 min.)

NOTE

For details, see DIS/REASSEMBLY, ADJUSTMENT.

F9 <IU Check, Optimum Exposure Adjustment>

Do not use this test as it is only for factory adjustment.

FA <Scanner/Edge Erase Lamp Operation Check>
