A maintenance time limit of scan data
Specify the length of time that data saved on the printer controller’s
hard disk drive is kept.
The default setting is 7 days.
The printer controller automatically deletes scan data kept for the
specified length of time.

Clear All Scanned Data
All scan data on the printer controller’s hard disk drive can be manually
deleted.
Deleting all of the scan data can only be performed by a user logged
on with Administrator privileges.
