● Plug the large end of the USB cable (supplied) directly into a USB port on
your computer (not a USB hub) and plug the small end into the USB Socket
on the bottom of your Mio.
● Where possible, plug the USB cable into a USB port at the back of your
computer.
● If prompted to update your Mio software, follow the on-screen prompts.
8. You are now ready to use MioMore Desktop for your Mio.
From now on, you can access MioMore Desktop via:
Start

All Programs
>
Mio
>
MioMore Desktop

Loading the data ISO le as a DVD
After you unzip the ZIP le of the MioMore Desktop Application Installer DVD, you
will nd an ISO le. The ISO le is essential for installing or recovering software,
voice les and subscriptions on your Mio. To use the ISO le, search online and
install a free virtual drive program to load the le as a DVD.

Your Mio contains pre-loaded subscriptions, such as safety camera and travel
book information. For the latest subscription updates, visit: www.mio.com
Note: Safety camera alerts can be enabled to provide warnings when on your route.
