KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. This product is formulated for sealing
all types of new and old grout to provide resistance against water, oils, alka-
lis, acids, and staining. 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer is a unique formulation
designed for the protection of all types of grout both new and old. 511
Spray-On Grout Sealer penetrates into the surface and forms an invisible
barrier that is resistant to moisture and stains, while allowing vapor to
escape. 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer is not a surface coating and will not
alter the natural look while making the grout easier to clean. 511 Spray-On
Grout Sealer can be applied to freshly installed grout as quickly as 2 hours
after grouting. 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer can be used on interior and exte-
rior applications. 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer is U.V. transparent and will not
yellow under any circumstances. 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer averages five
to twenty times the coverage of competitive products. (See coverage chart).
511 Spray-On Grout Sealer uses a “Clean Hands” approach to grout sealer
application and has a unique directional spray allowing the user to apply
the sealer without touching their hands.
Test Data
511 Spray-On Grout Sealer HAS BEEN TESTED BY SCIENTIFIC CERTIFICA-
TION SYSTEMS PASSING THE MOST STRINGENT CALIFORNIA AIR
RESOURCES BOARD (CARB) SECTION 01350 TEST AND HAS RECEIVED
INDOOR ADVANTAGE GOLD CERTIFICATION.
Sample Testing
Due to the differences of each grout, several inconspicuous test patches
should be completed to assure maximum performance. User must deter-
mine suitability of the product for their intended use.
Color Enhancement
For added color with “TEXTURED AND NON POLISHED” surfaces, 511 Seal
& Enhance may be applied as directed.
Gloss Enhancement
For a higher gloss finish on POLISHED stone surfaces, use Water Ring &
Etch Remover, Marble Conditioner, Mira Dust, Mira Polish or Granite Brite.
For counters and furniture, use Stone Polish. For tile surfaces, try Tile Brite.
Protect Neighboring Surfaces
Always protect neighboring surfaces including wood, carpet, metal, land-
scaping and other non-masonry surfaces.
NEW INSTALL ATIONS - APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Read entire label and PDS/MSDS before using. 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer
should not be diluted or thinned in any way. 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer
should be used as is direct from approved container.
After Grouting: Once grouted, make sure that all grout residue is removed
from the surface with a clean sponge and water. Allow grout to cure per
manufacturers specification or at least 2 hours. If grout clean up is not per-
formed effectively, an additional cleaning may be necessary to remove
remaining grout residue or haze. For this procedure use Phosphoric Acid
Cleaner, (GCFR) Grout & Concrete Film Remover (Hydrochloric Acid),
Sulfamic Acid Crystals or Epoxy Grout Film Remover following the instruc-
tions carefully. Once the cleaned area has completely dried, proceed with
the sealing of the grout for water and stain resistance. Apply 511 Spray-On
Grout Sealer to all grout with the unique “Clean Hands” Spray. Any excess
sealer that gets on the surface should be wiped off with a clean towel
before it dries.
Existing Installation - Surface Preparation
Surface must be dry and free of contaminants, including previously applied
sealers, dirt, lime & hard water deposits, efflorescence, rust & other heavy
dirt and grime.

urface Coating/Wax Removal:To remove existing coatings and/or waxes,
use Mira Strip or H2O Strip as directed.
Heavy Duty Cleaning:To remove lime and hard water deposits, efflores-
cence, rust, grease and other heavy dirt and grime use GCFR (Grout &
Concrete Film Remover) or Phosphoric Acid Cleaner as directed.

or a non-acid deep clean use Liquid Poultice as directed.
Light Cleaning: Use Mira Clean #1, Porcelain & Ceramic Tile Cleaner, Mira
Soap or Counter Kleen as directed.
Existing Installation - Application Instructions
Once all grout and surrounding surfaces are clean, proceed with the appli-

ation instructions previously mentioned.
Residue Removal
To remove accumulated 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer, use Miracle Residue
Remover as directed.
Cure Time
511 Spray-On Grout Sealer will be dry to the touch in 1 - 3 hours and may
be used for normal foot traffic. For optimum results the area should be kept
dry and free from staining materials for 72 hours.
Coverage: Used as directed, 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer will cover up to 250
linear feet of grout.
Cost per linear foot: Approximately 5 cents per foot.
MAINTENANCE
For ongoing maintenance instructions please refer to Miracle Sealants Care
Guide. Refer to the Miracle Sealants Product Recommendation Chart for
specific product recommendations.
Storage
Store 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer in the original sealed container. Stored at
77° F (25° C), 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer will have a shelf life of 12 months.

Instructions are a condensed guide and should not be considered com-
plete. In the event of failure, the only obligation of Miracle Sealants
Company shall be to replace such products proven to be defective. Before
using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended
use. User assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therein.
Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury or inability to
use this product.
Caution
511 Spray-On Grout Sealer contains combustible petroleum distillates. All
solvents must be considered toxic and must be used in a well-ventilated
area. Good ventilation means that fresh air is flowing in such a way as to
feel a slight breeze. Open windows and use fans to circulate air. Continue to
ventilate until vapors are eliminated. Exposure to high vapor concentration
must be avoided. Inhaling the vapors can be harmful. Keep away from heat
and open flames. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Chemical resistant
gloves should be worn at all times. Keep small children and pets out of the
area until product or surface has thoroughly dried. Refer to the MSDS for
