KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Miracle Impregnator Residue
Remover Is a unique, solvent-base formula designed to remove the
silicone/fluoropolymer residue common with impregnators and penetrating
sealers. Residue Remover is safe for use on granite, marble, limestone, nat-
ural stone, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, grout and concrete surfaces.
Sample Testing
Due to the differences of each substrate, several inconspicuous test
patches should be completed to assure maximum performance. User must
determine the suitability of the product for their intended use.
Protect Neighboring Surfaces
Always protect neighboring surfaces including wood, carpet, metal, land-
scaping and other non-masonry surfaces.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Read entire label and PDS/MSDS completely before using this product.
This product is to be used directly from container and is not under any cir-
cumstances to be thinned or diluted with anything before use.
Apply Residue Remover directly from the bottle to a terry cloth towel. Make
sure and wet the towel liberally. Apply the Residue Remover directly making
sure to wet the surface to the eye. Allow the Residue Remover to sit on the
surface for 2 - 5 minutes and remove with a clean, dry terry cloth towel. Buff
dry until all of the residue is removed. Do not allow the Residue Remover to
air dry on the surface. If the surface dries or becomes tacky, more Residue
Remover must be applied and then removed before it can air dry.
Heavy Duty Cleaning: Use Phosphoric Acid Cleaner , GCFR and Liquid
Poultice as directed.
Light Cleaning: Use Mira Clean #1, Porcelain & Ceramic Tile Cleaner, Mira
Soap or Counter Kleen as directed.
MAINTENANCE
For ongoing maintenance instructions please refer to Miracle Sealants Care
Guide. Refer to the Miracle Sealants Product Recommendation Chart for
specific product recommendations.
Cure Time
Do not allow the Residue Remover to dry on the surface. Typically waiting
2 - 5 minutes is all that is necessary. If it becomes dry or tacky, wet the
surface again and immediately, buff dry.
Water, Stain & Slip Protection
To protect cleaned area from future soiling and staining and increase static
coefficient of friction, we recommend applying the appropriate Miracle
Penetrating Sealer/Impregnator.
Color and Gloss Enhancement
For added color with “Textured and Non polished” surfaces, 511 Seal &
Enhance, Mira Matte may be used. For porous type “Pavers”, 511 Seal &
Enhance may be used as directed.
Polish Enhancement
Periodically use Mira Dust, Marble Conditioner, MiraPolish or Granite Brite
as directed.
Mold, Mildew and Bacteria Sanitation
For best results in killing mold, mildew, bacteria and other micro organisms,
use Miracle Wipes as directed.
Coverage
Coverage will vary depending on density, porosity, texture, surface absorp-
tion, weather, time solution is left on the surface and application methods.
Used as directed, Residue Remover will cover approximately 2,000 square
feet per gallon (199 square meters per 3.785 liters).
Storage
Store Residue Remover in the original container upright and properly
sealed to avoid contamination and evaporation. When store in the upright
position at 77

C), Residue Remover will have a shelf life of 12
months. Do not allow to freeze.

Caution
Residue Remover contains combustible petroleum distillates. All solvents
must be considered toxic and must be used in a well-ventilated area. Good
ventilation means that fresh air is flowing in such a way as to feel a slight
breeze. Open windows and use fans to circulate air. Continue to ventilate
until vapors are eliminated. Exposure to high vapor concentration must be
avoided. Inhaling the vapors can be harmful. Keep away from heat and
open flames. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Chemical resistant gloves
should be worn at all times. Keep small children and pets out of the area
until product or surface has thoroughly dried. Refer to the MSDS for addi-
tional information.
Warranty
Instructions are a condensed guide and should not be considered com-
plete. In the event of failure, the only obligation of Miracle Sealants
Company shall be to replace such products proven defective. Before using,
user shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use.
User assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therein.
