4.2 Power Supply Connection
Use 22-24 AWG wires.
• 12 Vdc, 16.8 mA max.
• 12 Vac 50/60 Hz, 24 mA max.
• 24 Vac 50/60 Hz, 24 mA max.
• 24 Vdc 16.8 mA max.

Caution: If you connect the controller to a power supply, disconnect the
batteries. Do not use batteries and an external power supply at the
same time.
Caution: An appropriate UL listed class 2 power supply or transformer with
necessary protection devices such as fuses or breakers should be used
to limit the risk of fire. All local codes and regulations for installation
must be observed.
