Assembly Instructions

Turn off the power at main fuse or circuit breader box before starting installation.

Carefully unpack and identify all parts before assembly. Bulbs are not included.

1. Unpack the Fixture.

You should have received the following hardware: universal Mounting plate(1 PCS),

8/32" x 1-1/4" Fixture Mounting Screw(2PCS)8/32" Mounting Screw(PCS), Hex Nut(4PCS),

Decorative Nut(2PCS) Wire Connector (2PCS)..Screw (3pcs)

2. Wiring Assembly.

(1) .Remove the Decorative Nuts(5) under the Canopy(1)and take out the Mounting plate(2).

Attach the Universal Mounting plate to the Ceiling Outlet Box(10)by using two Mounting Screws(6).

(See the Diagram beside).

(2) .Attach the power supply wires to the fixture wire by connecting Black to Black(9)

and White to White(8), using two Twist-on Wire Connectors(8&9). Attach the Power

Supply ground wires from the Ceiling Outlet Box and the Fixture Ground wire from the fixture

to the Green Ground Screw(7)on the Mounting Bracket(4). After the Wires are connected, Tuck them

carefully in the Outlet Box(10).

(3) .Place the Canopy(1 )over the Ceiling Outlet“Box(10)and onto the Fixture Mounting Screws(3)until they

protrude out from the Canopy (1 )for about1/4" Remove the Canopy and secure the position by

tightening the Hex Nuts(4)against the Mounting Plate (2)

Place the Canopy back onto the Fixture Mounting Screws and secure into place by using the Decorative

Nuts(5) provided.

3. Install three Light Bulbs(not included).

See relampling label located at socket area for type and wattage allowded.

Put the PVC Diffuser onto the Shade and secure it with three screws Installation om
