Setting the Items
Tap Active on the main screen, select Protect name card, Protect SMS and/or
Protect call history, and then tap ok to save the settings.
To disable the protection function, cancel the selection of the desired item
and tap
ok to save the settings.
NOTE: If you install the SIM card to another device, the SIM card contacts protected
by Contact Guard will not be shown on that device.
8.5 Mio Blacklist
You can use Mio Blacklist to easily filter incoming calls and/or SMS
messages.
Tap
 Programs  Phone Tools  Mio Blacklist.
Setting the List
1. Tap the Menu soft key  User-defined
list
.
2. Tap the
Add soft key.
3. Select the desired contact from the
contact list. If the contact has multiple
phone numbers, select the desired one.
4. The contact will appear on the list.
5. To remove an item from the list, select
it and tap the
Delete soft key  OK.
6. When finished, tap
ok to return to the
main screen.
NOTE:
 If you modify a contact’s data after adding it to the list, Mio Blacklist will not
automatically update the data. You need to remove and then add the contact to the
list again.
 The program supports up to 100 items.
