KHSA / KSA Connector Straps
Typical KVB7
installation
KVB5
KVB – Installs with WS3 wood screws for higher load capacity.
It can be retrot into existing framing.
KVBI – Installs with common nails. Designed to be used with
I-Joist purlins.
Materials: 12 gauge
Finish: G90 galvanizing

Installation:
• Use all specied fasteners. See Product Notes, page 17.
• WS3 wood screws are included with KVB shipments.
• Install anges at angles of 45° or more to the vertical plane
to assure proper lateral resistance.
