Programming the Telephone Directory

Telephone Directory form

! Assign a name to the telephone’s directory number.

! If more than one name is assigned to the same

telephone number, enter “Y” in the Prime Name field

to indicate the prime name.

! If the telephone number is not to appear on the

display of other telephones during a call, enter “Y” in

the Prv # field.

! (Optional) Assign a department and location name to

the telephone’s directory number.
