Diagnostics 
Reporting
Allows you to collect system diagnostics 
information. The 3300 ICP system 
records diagnostic information about the 
system performance in a series of files. 
These files includes xrtc, pstswlog.db, 
hdrwswlog.db logs, call control statistics 
and other information that Mitel Technical 
Support can use to diagnose system 
problems.
