Note: While the secondary controller is supporting the link, any link alarms that occur
are shown on the secondary controller’s T1/E1 MMC and reported in the logs of the
secondary system. The conditions that are listed in Table 76, with the exception of the
flashing Red and Green alarm, also apply to the secondary controller.
