IP phone fails to receive
Keepalive message in
30 seconds.
Verify if the network or the controller is down.
There is electrical interference. Verify the power source, and change the
location of the power source.
Unable to register IP
phones due to regproc
trap. Other symptoms once
a regproc trap has
occurred are as follows:
• Can't reregister a phone
that was already
registered.
• Can't log in hot desk
users.
• Phone stays up after
deleting a MAC.
IP Phone has tried to register
more than 10 times in
succession without success.
