Motion CPU itself, set 10000 to
10999 according to the error
type in the diagnosis error
(SD0). Both self diagnosis error
flag (SM1) and diagnosis error
flag (SM0) are ON.
Even if the error of PCPU occurs,
self diagnosis error does not occur.
Correct the program if necessary.
