Cut error
 Open the device and pull out the equipment carriage as far as possible
(see chapter “Basic Operation”, section “Opening / closing the device”).
When the cutter is in its home position you can see a red plastic mark at
position (1).
Check whether the cutter is in home
position. If not, turn the knurled wheel
(2) until you can see the red plastic
mark (1) on the upper side of the
cutter.
 Turn off the power by removing the power supply connector (see section
“Printer control panel”, item 6) and reconnect it.
 If this does not help, please contact Technical Support.
 Close the device.
