Dome light (Rear)

The rear dome light can be turned on by sliding the dome light
switch.
1- On
2- Door
3- Off
1- (ON)
The dome light comes on.

● The dome light comes on when any door or the liftgate
is opened. It goes off approximately 30 seconds after
the door or liftgate is closed (delayed off function).
However, the light goes off immediately if:
• The door and the liftgate are closed and the electric
motor switch is turned to the “ON” position.
• The driver’s door is closed after all the other doors are
closed while the lock knob of the driver’s door is in
the lock position.
• The door and the liftgate are closed and the power
door lock switch is used to lock the doors.
• The keyless entry system remote control transmitter is
used to lock the doors.
● If the dome light is left switched on with the electric
motor switch in the “LOCK” or “ACC” position and a
door or the liftgate is opened, it goes off automatically
after approximately 30 minutes.
The light will illuminate again after it automatically
goes off in the following cases:
• When the electric motor switch is turned to the “ON”
position.
• When the keyless entry system remote control trans-
mitter is operated.
• When any of the doors or the liftgate is opened after
all doors and the liftgate are closed.
