Comfort controls

For quick defrosting

1. Set the mode selection dial to the “ ” position.

2. Turn the temperature control dial clockwise or counter-

clockwise to the desired temperature between middle (●)

and “H” position.

3. Press the MAX switch (A).

OTE

● When the mode selection dial is set to the “ ” position,

the air conditioning compressor runs automatically. Out-

side air introduction will also be selected automatically.

● When defrosting, do not set the temperature control dial to

the maximum cool position. This would blow cool air on

the window glass and fog it up.

● Since defogging or defrosting with the MAX switch con-

sumes a large amount of power, stop the switch after

defogging or defrosting.

Use the MAX setting for a long time decreases the cruis-

ing range.
