Step setting
A generic term for step type, number of steps, and step No.1 to No.16 setting
values for the cam switch function
Periodic pulse count value
A generic term for difference value, present value, and update check value for
the periodic pulse counter function
Dedicated instruction An instruction that simplifies programming
PPCVRD A generic term for the dedicated instructions, PPCVRD1 and PPCVRD2
