(2) Switch setting combination
(a) Combination availability by the operation mode setting
*1 If the channel set to the PWM output mode is not set to "Channel assignment (coincidence output 1 to 8), an error
occurs (error code: 812 or 814, The channel where the error has occurred is stored in ).
