Monitor signals, communication error information, operation setting switches, and protocol execution
status.
For details, refer to the user's manual of each module.
Operating procedure
1. Select a module to be debugged. ( Section 4.9.1)
2. Select [Debugging Support Function] ⇒ [State Monitor].
The State Monitor screen is displayed.
